Andro has built a diverse legal career, gaining extensive experience in private practice, serving in in-house and general counsel roles, and involvement in class action matters. In August 2025, he co-founded Beshay George Soliman LLP, where he serves as managing partner. His background experience as an external business consultant, combined with his MBA, further enhances his ability to provide both legal and business-minded solutions. By integrating commercial insight with his legal expertise, he is well-positioned to support entrepreneurs, small and large companies in achieving their strategic goals.
Legal Experience
Over the past several years, Andro has gained extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, securities law, and litigation through his private practice and in-house roles. He has negotiated, drafted, and reviewed a wide range of commercial contracts, and has also advised on and executed multiple M&A and other commercial transactions.
Andro provides strategic and legal advice on the structuring and negotiation of financial and commercial transactions, corporate development, risk management strategies, and regulatory compliance matters. He strives to deliver practical, business-focused solutions that add real and substantial value throughout all stages of the deal-making process and the implementation of financial management and corporate strategies.
Clients often struggle or encounter legal and business challenges that require strategic guidance and assistance. As an entrepreneurial professional with an MBA, Andro brings a multidisciplinary perspective to complex legal and business matters. He is uniquely positioned to provide such direction, having worked with start-ups, private raises, drafting & reviewing commercial contracts, business transactions, litigation, securities law, shareholder agreements, various loan agreements, and M&A transactions. He is actively engaged in overseeing complex commercial disputes and facilitating out of court resolutions.
Capital Markets and Corporate Sector Exposure
Andro has a deep understanding of capital markets, wealth management, investments, and public companies. Prior to becoming a Lawyer, he served as an external consultant to several publicly traded cannabis companies, providing due diligence on M&A transactions, assessing business synergies, and developing cost-efficient operational strategies. He also also participated in proxy battles involving cannabis issuers listed on the CSE, gaining valuable insight into corporate governance and shareholder dynamics.
Andro’s proven track experience in investing and business endeavours such as building a small private chain of pharmacies in Ontario presented him with opportunities to work with high profile individuals and public companies.
Even as a practicing lawyer, Andro continues to provide external consulting services to high profile individuals, public cannabis companies, and private companies. His diverse exposure to both legal and corporate sector has equipped him with the skills necessary to advise on financial strategies, risk management, and corporate governance.
Board Experience
Andro brings valuable board governance experience that strengthens the firm’s advisory capabilities. During his articling with the Federal Crown (PPSC) at Bradley Law Office he served as a board volunteer with the Elizabeth Fry Society of Sudbury, and later served on boards of chartable organizations affiliated with the Coptic Orthodox Churches in Toronto. Andro currently sits on the board of the Richmond Hill Electoral District Association (EDA) for the Federal Conservative Party, where he has gained extensive experience in governance, strategic planning, and fundraising. His contributions supported the successful campaign of the 2025 Conservative Nominee in the Richmond Hill South riding.
